Working principle:
The Packland PP4/CE cartoning machine packs, fully automatically, containers in cartons. An automatic infeed conveyor feeds the containers onto the collector plate, the containers are positioned in a predetermined configuration, the box is automatically opened, the containers are put in the box and the box is closed by 50 mm self-adhesive tape.

Technical specification:
The infeed- & outfeed conveyors are electrically driven. The box is fed in below the collector plate by means of a servo motor. All other functions are pneumatically driven. The Packland PP4/CE is PLC-controlled. The set-up of the machine is done easily by means of handwheels with incorporated counters and by means of exchange parts. The set-up time is 5 minutes. The cartoning machine is equipped with a control panel including a display unit with a read out for fault indications. The Packland PP3/CE is sturdily built in standard PU-coated steel.

Metallic, plastic, glass, etc.

Container dimensions:
Cylindrical, conical, square or rectangular. Provided with a lid, a cap, a handle or a hinge.
Minimal diameter / height: 40 x 40 mm.
Maximal diameter / height: 220 x 250 mm.

Carton dimensions:
Minimal lenght / width / height: 230 x 110 x 76 mm.
Maximal lenght / width / height: 450 x 450 x 260 mm.

Capacity:
Maximum 13 cartons per minute, depending on the box size.
